  • As a mechanical and hydraulic product design engineer, you will be responsible for design work and technical support for the products (servo-valves, hydraulic actuators, various hydraulic components, and electric actuators) for which your team is responsible.
  • Perform engineering work in accordance with Moog's standard processes, engineering tools, documentation, and project management process.
  • Keeps abreast of technology trends and new technologies, propose and designs solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Communicate closely with customers and sales teams to clarify product design specifications.
  • Work with respective operation departments to ensure that product cost is optimized in the design.
  • Conduct product evaluation testing and compile technical reports.
  • Lead product development and design projects.
  • Compiles technical information necessary for product manufacturing and provides support to the operations department.
  • Design manufacturing and test equipment based on the needs from operation department.
  • Investigate technical details and work toward resolution of claim handling with customers and manufacturing defects.
  • Liaise with MOOG global colleagues to ensure having close collaboration.
  • Conduct other duties as assigned for business benefit.

  • 製品設計エンジニアとして、所属するチームが担当する製品(サーボ弁、油圧アクチュエータ、各種油圧機器、電動アクチュエータ)の設計業務ならびに技術サポート業務を担当する。
  • エンジニアリングツールや文書作成、プロジェクト管理など、ムーグの標準プロセスに従ってエンジニアリング業務を実施する。
  • 技術動向や新技術を把握し、顧客の課題を解決しニーズを満たす製品を提案・設計する。
  • 顧客や営業チームと密にコミュニケーションをとり、製品設計の仕様を明確にする。
  • 各オペレーション部門と協力して製品コストが最適となるような設計を行う。
  • 製品の評価試験を実施し、技術報告をまとめる。
  • 製品開発・設計プロジェクトをリードする。
  • 製品製造に必要な技術情報をまとめるとともに、オペレーション部門のサポートを行う。
  • オペレーション部門のニーズに基���き、製造装置および試験装置の設計を行う。
  • 客先不具合や製造不具合発生時に、技術的な内容の調査ならびに解決に向けた\活動を行う。
  • MOOGのグローバルな同僚と連絡を取り合い、緊密な連携を図る。
  • その他ビジネスの利益のためにアサインされた業務を行う。
