DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team as a Manufacturing Engineer III at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to innovation and excellence in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll manage key projects to optimize production processes, implement automation solutions, and ensure the highest quality standards in our facilities. REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced degree or Bachelor's degree with progressive manufacturing engineering experience in a GMP/regulated environment.
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, or similar preferred
• Strong expertise in process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with validation protocols and documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE (Design of Experiments)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Proficiency in English required
• Experience working in clean room environments and wearing appropriate PPE as needed
