- Execute and supervise HT & LT electrical installation works at site.
- Coordinate electrical activities as per approved drawings and project schedule.

- Basic understanding and coordination of ELV systems including Fire Alarm (FA), Public Address (PA), Access Control, Network System, CCTV, and Building Management System (BMS).
- Apply basic knowledge of HVAC systems for Electrical Background Candidates.
- Handle experience in AHU, VRV/VRF system installation, testing, and commissioning for Mechanical Background Candidates.
- Apply basic knowledge of fire fighting systems and installation procedures.
- Coordination of firefighting piping and equipment installation.
- Utilize knowledge of internal and external plumbing systems.
- Coordination and monitoring of PHE execution works.
- Prepare and verify site measurements.
- Handle billing processes and certification documentation.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEPF Engineer responsible for execution, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works at site. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP systems, billing processes, drawing review, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Works
• Execute and supervise HT & LT electrical installation works at site.
• Coordinate electrical activities as per approved drawings and project schedule.
• Ensure quality and safety standards during execution.
ELV Systems
• Basic understanding and coordination of ELV systems including:
o Fire Alarm (FA)
o Public Address (PA)
o Access Control
o Network System
o CCTV
o Building Management System (BMS)
HVAC Works
• For Electrical Background Candidates:
o Basic knowledge of HVAC systems required.
• For Mechanical Background Candidates:
o Experience in AHU, VRV/VRF system installation, testing, and commissioning.
Fire Fighting Works
• Basic knowledge of fire fighting systems and installation procedures.
