- Manage design quality activities (such as design review, buyoff, FMEA review etc.) for optical transceiver.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on potential failure or sample failures.
- Participate in design review, Kaizen and failure analysis meeting
- Maintain lesson learnt from both design phase and MP phase

- Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical, Optical, Mechanical and Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering/ R&D/ Product Engineerinng. Experience in optical/assembly/mechanical/electrical field is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of quality analysis methodologies such as FMEA, MSA, SPC etc. Certified Six sigma green belt or above is an advantage.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as excel, JMP, Minitab etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skill with data driven conclusions.
- Strong communication skill and work as a team member.
- Experience of PCBA circuit design or Optical design is a plus
- Able to communicate both written and verbally in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in optical/assembly/mechanical/electrical field is an advantage.
- Certified Six sigma green belt or above is an advantage.
