Engineering Asset Manager
£45,000 - £50,000+ | Antrim | 37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Asset Manager to join a major operational environment in the Antrim area.
This is a key role within the Engineering function, responsible for strategically managing the full lifecycle of Mechanical & Electrical assets, ensuring the right balance between performance, cost, risk and compliance.
You will play a central role in developing asset strategies, managing budgets and contractors, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and regulatory compliance across a critical operational environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of the M&E asset portfolio and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure assets remain safe, reliable, compliant and fit for purpose.
Key responsibilities will include:

About You
We are looking for an experienced M&E / Engineering professional who can combine strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness, leadership and strategic asset management capability.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- Strong experience within Mechanical & Electrical engineering or asset management.
- Experience managing engineering assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Previous experience managing contractors and service providers.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and regulatory compliance.
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.
