What you'll do
- Operate, monitor, and maintain engineering equipment and systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems, utilities, water systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor utility parameters and maintain records as per GMP and company requirements.
- Support engineering projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain documentation, logbooks, and maintenance records accurately.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
