ABOUT THE ROLE

The EOS & EHS Operational and Program Excellence Associate supports the adoption, execution, data quality, and continuous improvement of Engineering Operations Services systems and operational excellence programs. This role works under the guidance of the Sr. Manager to help ensure Engineering, Facilities, and EHS operational teams have accurate system data, reliable documentation, and fit-for-purpose reporting to support compliant and efficient decision-making.

The Associate contributes to facility management systems, asset lifecycle data, standard work, KPI tracking, audit readiness activities, and user adoption efforts. The role requires strong attention to detail, a learning mindset, and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Facilities, EHS, Quality, Compliance, Technology, and site operations stakeholders.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports program planning, status tracking, risk management, action item follow-up, and stakeholder communication for EOS & EHS initiatives.
  • Maintains and validates Engineering and Facilities Management system data, including asset lifecycle information, master data, workflow records, and operational documentation.
  • Assists with system enhancement intake, documentation, testing support, change tracking, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Supports audit programs and inspections by helping ensure relevant records, evidence, reports, and system data are accurate, traceable, and available when required.
  • Assists with interpretation of facilities operations data to support investigations, deviation reviews, preventive and corrective action follow-up, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Prepares and maintains dashboards, KPI trackers, reports, and recurring management review inputs for facility-focused performance measures.
  • Contributes to system standardization and harmonization efforts by documenting local practices, mapping processes, and supporting adoption of global standards.
  • Supports compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, quality, data governance, and documentation requirements for assigned Engineering systems.
  • Partners with Technology teams and business users during integrations, upgrades, user acceptance testing, access reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Enables reliable data consumption for analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making through disciplined data stewardship and data quality practices.
  • Supports enhancement activities while maintaining system stability through established change control, testing, documentation, and release management practices.
  • Creates user guides, training materials, status updates, meeting notes, and process documentation to support adoption and operational excellence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Expected experience: 5-9 years (subject to HR alignment and GCF confirmation).
  • Relevant experience supporting operations, facilities, maintenance, engineering systems, digital systems, data management, business process improvement, or program coordination.
  • Ability to work on site in Hyderabad and collaborate with stakeholders across global time zones when required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical, system, or data-driven topics to diverse audiences.
  • Working knowledge of facility management, maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, or Engineering Operations Services processes.
  • Exposure to regulated environments and the importance of quality, compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics, dashboards, analytics, or insights to support decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, ticketing systems, enterprise work management tools, CMMS/EAM platforms, or data quality workflows.
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to summarize technical or data-driven topics clearly.
  • Ability to support change management, user adoption, training, and process standardization initiatives.
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and willingness to learn business processes, system controls, and technical data management practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced global environment.
  • Foundational understanding of data governance, master data, system integrations, cybersecurity expectations, and controlled documentation practices are an advantage.

  • Relevant certifications aligned to the role or domain (preferred or mandatory based on job requirements).
