About this role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Supporting development, revision, and maintenance of Engineering standards and procedures
- Technical communication and documentation
- Pilot testing of training materials, presentations, tools, and educational resources
- Participating in cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Management
- Continuous improvement of Engineering Tools and Processes
Who You Are:
- You define issues and map out a process. You manage uncertainty with confidence. You learn to streamline processes and cut out redundancy.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Sophomore standing or above
- Ability to work full-time during the co-op term
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Proficiency with technical writing and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in the process and procedures of Engineering
- Experience using Microsoft Office, or similar tools. Mathcad or similar experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and willingness to ask questions
