  • Manage and develop relationships with allocated enterprise customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling solutions.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of order forms and communications with relevant teams on service delivery issues.
  • Complete monthly sales performance reporting including KPIs and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and proposals while ensuring professionalism in presentation and sign-off processes.

Our client is looking for a full-time Enterprise Account Director to join their team in Jersey. This pivotal role involves managing allocated enterprise customers and serving as their primary point of contact.
