Designs enterprise architecture (EA) to enable strategic or tactical transformations through informed decision-making at any level of an enterprise to support governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives such as cloud or digital solutions. Applies advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, platform operations, or cybersecurity or RMF‑aligned environments

• Experience designing enterprise‑level architectures, models, blueprints, and technical roadmaps

• Experience analyzing current‑state architectures, performing trade‑off analyses, and defining target architectures for complex organizations

• Experience with DoD or DoN enterprise IT environments, including governance, compliance, NIST, RMF, and FISMA requirements

• Experience with enterprise‑scale data integration, interface patterns, and system interoperability such as API or event‑driven integration

• Experience developing or maintaining MBSE or DoDAF architecture views including AVs, CVs, OVs, SVs, PVs, and StdVs

• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across governance, cybersecurity, engineering, and portfolio domains

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting N16, MyNavy HR ecosystem modernization, or DON enterprise portfolios

• Experience with enterprise analytics platforms such as Databricks, Tableau, Qlik, Foundry, Palantir, Jupiter, or WDP

• Experience with cloud architecture, NMCI, Flank Speed environments, and GovCloud‑aligned infrastructure design

• Knowledge of portfolio management, governance operations, IM or IT requirements management, and risk reduction methodologies

• Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline such as IT, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration

• Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) or DoD or industry EA Certification

• DoD 8140 or Cyber Workforce Framework‑aligned cybersecurity Certifications such as CASP+, Security+, or SSCP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
