What you'll do
- End-to-End Execution: Lead enterprise delivery programs from initial handoff through go-live, taking high-level solution concepts and turning them into scalable, production-ready implementations.
- Technical Iteration: Partner directly with senior technical architects and engineering leads on the customer side to iterate on integration designs, solve roadblocks, and refine workflows in real time.
- Single Point of Technical Truth: Act as the primary technical anchor between customer technical teams and internal engineering/product units during implementation.
- Enterprise Ecosystems: Design, build, and deploy robust, bidirectional integrations with core enterprise systems including CRM, HR, Inventory, OMS, TMS, and E-commerce portals.
- Telephony & Omni-Channel Systems: Leverage familiarity with telephony/contact center architectures (SIP, VoIP, CTI) to integrate voice-enabled and multi-channel AI workflows into existing enterprise channels.
- Technical Fundamentals: Remain hands-on—comfortable reviewing code, evaluating APIs, whiteboarding data architectures, and writing integration logic where needed.
- Identity & Access Management: Implement secure authentication and access controls by integrating NuPlay with enterprise identity providers (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SAML/OAuth).
- Enterprise Compliance: Ensure all platform deployments comply with strict enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory guidelines.
- Engineering Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and level up junior Delivery Engineers, Integration Engineers, and Prompt Engineers on the team, setting high standards for code quality, architectural hygiene, and technical documentation.
- Delivery Standards: Establish reusable patterns, deployment frameworks, and integration toolkits to streamline future client rollouts.

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Delivery Lead Engineer to own and drive the execution of complex, production-grade AI implementations for our global enterprise clients.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level architectural solutions and robust, production-ready engineering deployments. You will take the initial pre-sales scope, refine the architectural design alongside client stakeholders, and lead the technical execution end-to-end. You will become a deep expert in our core NuPlay platform, navigating its architectural nuances to build resilient, secure integrations with legacy and modern enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Program Delivery & Refinement
