About Artos:

The Role:

We're looking for a Enterprise Solutions Architect to own the technical relationship with Artos' largest enterprise customers.
You'll work with technical and business leaders at major pharmaceutical companies to understand their technology landscape, determine how Artos fits within it, and identify new ways our platform can solve problems across the organization.
You'll serve as the primary technical partner from pre-sales through deployment and expansion, working across customer IT, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams while partnering internally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do:

Own Customer Technical Relationships

  • Serve as the primary technical partner for our largest enterprise customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Customer Engineering, or similar roles.

  • Experience working with complex enterprise software environments

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, authentication, networking, integrations, and distributed systems.

  • Experience owning technical relationships with large enterprise customers.
