Join our Enterprise Systems team and support the development, integration, and continuous improvement of ESSA’s SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role will focus on SAP development, Fiori/UI5, system integration, and delivering reliable technical solutions across business functions.

Work Location: Head Office – South Jakarta

Job Requirements

•       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field

•       Minimum 10–15 years of hands-on SAP development, implementation, and production support experience

•       Strong expertise in SAP ABAP on HANA, OData, OO ABAP, SAP Fiori, and UI5

•       Strong experience in WRICEF development, especially for SAP FI, CO, and FM modules

•       Hands-on experience with ALV, RAP, BAPI, RFC, BADI, User Exits, IDOC, BDC, Module Pool, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms

•       Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, CPI, and third-party system integration

•       Strong debugging, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and SAP development quality review skills

•       Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and integration across core SAP modules

•       Preferably experienced in an IT Consulting Firm, IT Solution Firm, or SAP Partner environment

•       SAP ABAP Certification and/or SAP Fiori Certification is preferred

•       Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•       Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with external vendors or partners

Job Responsibilities

•       Develop and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP on HANA, OO ABAP, OData, RAP, Fiori, and UI5

•       Design and develop WRICEF objects for SAP FI, CO, FM, and other S/4HANA modules

•       Develop reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs, User Exits, IDOCs, and BDC programs

•       Translate business and functional requirements into feasible technical solutions and specifications

•       Develop and support integrations between SAP and third-party systems using APIs, CPI, IDOCs, proxies, and file-based interfaces

•       Perform debugging, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and issue resolution

•       Apply SAP development standards, code review practices, and quality checks

•       Support SAP implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and production support activities

•       Maintain technical documentation and development standards

•       Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, internal teams, and external partners
