Think you're a fit for SAI360? As an Enterprise Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, organizational transformation, and enterprise execution. You will partner closely with executive leadership to ensure high-priority initiatives remain on track, governance processes are effective, and business objectives are achieved. This role requires a highly organized and influential professional with strong project and program management expertise, executive presence, and the ability to drive accountability across complex cross-functional environments. Experience supporting AI adoption, AI governance, or enterprise AI transformation initiatives is highly preferred.

What you'll do:

•    Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.
•    Partner with executive leadership to drive high-priority business objectives.
•    Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business goals.
•    Drive accountability and ownership across stakeholders.
•    Support enterprise change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
•    Manage portfolio governance processes and operational cadence.
•    Support prioritization of strategic initiatives across the business.
•    Facilitate executive decision-making through structured governance reviews.
•    Provide visibility into project health, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
•    Monitor portfolio KPIs and performance metrics to support business objectives.
•    Identify, escalate, and remove project roadblocks.
•    Manage critical issues and drive timely resolution across stakeholders.
•    Ensure risks and issues are communicated appropriately to leadership.
•    Maintain strong execution rigor and follow-through across initiatives.
•    Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and dependencies.
•    Establish and manage recurring business reviews and governance meetings.
•    Track project progress, commitments, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
•    Create executive-level dashboards, reporting, and status updates.
•    Drive transparency and accountability through structured reporting processes.
•    Champion AI adoption across the organization.
•    Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions.
•    Support AI governance frameworks and best practices.
•    Help establish scalable AI operating models and Centers of Excellence.
•    Partner with business leaders to assess and prioritize emerging AI initiatives.
•    Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What you'll bring to the table:

•    A degree from an accredited four-year college or university is strongly preferred but not required.
•    5+ years of enterprise project management, program management, transformation, PMO, or portfolio governance experience.
•    Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
•    Demonstrated success working directly with executive leadership teams.
•    Strong portfolio governance, prioritization, and stakeholder management experience.
•    Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously.
•    Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
•    Experience establishing governance processes, operational rhythms, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
•    Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
•    Experience holding stakeholders accountable and driving results through influence.
•    Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
•    AI-first mindset with demonstrated experience supporting AI initiatives.
•    Experience implementing AI governance programs or supporting AI Centers of Excellence is preferred.
•    Change management, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness experience preferred.
•    PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus.
•    Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability.

In the interest of Pay Transparency, the base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD annually, plus a target 10% annual bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
