About the Opportunity

This role responsible for ensuring Transformation is planned, communicated, coordinated and adopted across HammondCare's initiatives.

At an enterprise level, the role maintains visibility of transformation activity across the portfolio, helping identify cumulative impacts, competing demands and adoption risks across business units and services.
