What you'll do
- Assists ES attendants with daily assignments to include assigning critical tasks that affect patient care.
- Oversees the activities of the ES attendants working on their floors to insure all job assignments, tasks and responsibilities are completed consistently.
- Monitors ES staff patient interaction and customer service delivery.
- Verifies that scheduled staff has reported for duty, and makes adjustments to staffing pattern as needed.
- Monitors all patient areas as assigned for cleanliness and insures that they maintain perpetual readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Conducts patient rounds, and other quality studies on a regular basis.
- Interacts with patients, in a professional manner providing a customer service example for ES staff.
- Responds to patient and nursing requests immediately acting as liaison between nursing and ES attendants.
- Operates Spectralink phone efficiently.
- Insures that all floors have adequate cleaning supplies.
- Generates all required computer reports and documents as needed.
- Provides leadership and assists if needed with the turnover of patient rooms.

Position Objective
To maintain the Hospital Environment in a clean and sanitary condition through disinfecting surfaces and organizing areas in an attractive manner presenting a customer focus and friendly atmosphere
Essential Job Duties:
