The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking an EHS Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full time, 6 months in duration.
The EHS Co-Op will play a key role in supporting and strengthening site Environmental, Health & Safety programs. This position will assist with regulatory inspections and audits, contribute innovative ideas that drive continuous improvement initiatives, and proactively support employees and leaders at all levels in creating a safer workplace. The co-op will also participate in incident investigations, help identify root causes and corrective actions, and support the development and communication of EHS initiatives, policies, and safety-related information across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Learn about day in the life of EHS
Assist in regulatory inspections. Engage with all levels of the organization
Assist with trainings, new hire orientation, proactive engagement activities. Support Continuous improvement of EHS.
Data management and record keeping incident investigations and corrective and preventive actions implementation
What We Seek:

Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
