Jabil is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to work on site in our Auburn Hills, MI plant.

How will you make an impact?

As the EHS Manager with Jabil, you will be responsible for leading Environmental, Health & Safety programs within our manufacturing facility, protecting employees, the environment, and business operations by developing and implementing effective EHS strategies. Through leadership, training, compliance management, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help foster a safe workplace while supporting operational excellence and business objectives.

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety programs and initiatives across the site

  • Collaborate with other facilities to share best practices and standardize EHS processes where applicable
  • Ensure all confidential and sensitive information is handled appropriately
  • Follow all company safety, security, and compliance requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of TCEQ requirements, ISO 14001 standards, and environmental management systems.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO 45000 standards, and other applicable regulatory requirements 
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on EHS metrics and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and corrective action processes.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, procedures, regulations, diagrams, and schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement, cost reduction, and safety culture initiatives
