What you'll do

  • Leading Chemical & Environmental management across supply chain from material to finished product.
  • Responsible for Sustainable material Program for tracking / implementing usage of sustainable materials.
  • Roll out & Implementation of Chemical/Environment management Program like HIGG Index /GTW in the supply chain, supporting the suppliers in improvement to achieve long term goals.
  • Approving/Auditing wet processing sites including Textile Mills/ Laundries, Leather Tanneries to ensure they meet minimum requirements.
  • Responsible for managing Preferred supplier programme for raw material supply chain including fabric mills / trims accessories.
  • Supporting suppliers on issues related to wet processing & overcome challenges coming out of the same.
  • Increasing penetration in supply chain by tracking the tier 2 (Fabric) suppliers, evaluating their capabilities to develop safe & reliable tier 2 supplier base.
  • Proper co-ordination with third party testing labs as well as evaluating their performance periodically to ensure SOPs are followed.
