Enterprise Monitoring Analyst (AITC)

VA ESOM Program | Austin Information Technology Center (AITC)
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Clearance: Public Trust Required

Position Overview

MKS2 Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Monitoring Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Service Operations and Management (ESOM) program. This role supports a 24x7x365 Command Center environment, providing real-time monitoring, alert analysis, incident triage, and performance monitoring of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
