Equine & Farm Clinical Director

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent Equine and Farm Clinical Director role with Parkside Veterinary Group in Dundee. It blends day-to-day clinical work with wider leadership, giving you the chance to guide the direction of the equine and farm department while remaining hands-on.

The role sits within a well-established, multi-branch mixed practice serving Dundee, Tayside, Angus and Fife. You will lead and mentor a team of 4 to 5 equine and farm vets, work closely with the three Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager, and help shape a service that reflects your ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the equine and farm veterinary team.
• Drive business development within the equine and farm department.
• Help maintain service quality and support a positive team culture.
• Work alongside the Small Animal Clinical Directors and Practice Manager on wider practice leadership.
• Use your clinical experience to influence service growth and day-to-day decision making.

Requirements

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS).
• Experience in equine and or farm animal practice.
