About this role

Build and maintain key account relationships; provide exemplary service (especially phone based); quote, follow up and sell; schedule visits.

Customer service to both new and existing customers, preparation of quotes and following up of leads, general administration support to a small team.

About the role:

An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Full Time Equipment Coordinator to join our small and experienced team located in our Ingleburn office.

Servicing the NSW market, and reporting to the State Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing superior customer service to both new and existing customers regarding general enquiries
  • Preparation of quotes and following up of leads
  • Diary management and allocation of jobs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key account customers
  • Liaising with suppliers and having an awareness of stock levels
  • General Administration support to a small team

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong organisation and prioritisation skills, in addition to:

  • Computer literacy and a good command of the MS office suite
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to foster and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and driven
  • A solid understanding of logistics and Northern NSW geography
  • Drivers license is required
