Equities Execution Support Specialist, Senior Associate, Singapore

We are seeking an experienced equities professional to join our Agency Equities Execution Services team in Singapore. This is a client-facing role involving oversight of client equity trading order flows and Spot FX flows across Asia Pacific, European, and US trading venues, direct engagement with clients, collaboration with Execution trading desks across regional hubs, and resolution of trading-related issues. The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of market structure, execution workflows, and client service excellence, helping to enhance the client experience while contributing to a scalable and well-governed execution support framework. Over time, it will provide a clear opportunity to progress into a junior execution trader role, with direct responsibility for executing and managing client order flows across global equity trading venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality client service experience across Agency Equities execution activity

• Monitor and supervise client equity trading order flows, as well as Spot FX flows, across Asia Pacific, European, and US trading venues

• Act as a key point of coordination for client queries, service matters, and issue resolution

• Collaborate with Execution trading desks across regional hubs, as well as Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams, to support seamless service delivery

• Apply knowledge of market structure, execution venues, and order routing logic to support execution quality and service enhancement

• Contribute to scalable workflows, service models, and supervisory frameworks that support business growth and evolving client needs

• Maintain robust records, governance standards, and control practices in line with internal and regulatory requirements

• Stay informed on market structure, execution, and regulatory developments relevant to client service delivery

• Build the knowledge and experience required to progress into a junior execution trader role over time

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in equities execution, execution services, sales trading support, trading assistant, or a related client-facing markets role within an investment bank, broker-dealer, agency broker, or custody environment

• Strong understanding of the equity order lifecycle, market structure, execution venues, and order routing principles

• Experience supporting, monitoring, or supervising client trading flows in a time-sensitive environment

• Ability to engage confidently with clients and work effectively across Execution trading desks, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams

• Sound understanding of relevant regulatory and supervisory considerations affecting execution activity and client trading support

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated interest in developing broader execution expertise, with the potential to progress into a junior execution trader role

• Experience with automated trading strategies, algorithmic execution methodologies, and other electronic execution strategies would be an advantage

• Exposure to Spot FX execution flows or related workflow oversight would be advantageous

• Relevant licenses or qualifications appropriate to the jurisdiction are desirable

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered
