Your New Role

As Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in providing expert ER guidance and support to managers across multiple sites. You will manage a broad range of complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and minimising organisational risk. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and investigation cases.
  • Supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and workforce transitions.
