Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Erasmus+ Intern (Start Date: July 2026 onwards) to join us in Berlin. If you’re passionate, committed, and eager to be at the center of recruitment, this is for you!
What will you be doing?
- Supporting both outbound & inbound recruitment strategies alongside management.
- Conducting direct candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
- Screening candidates to assess their fit for various roles.
- Managing interview scheduling and logistics with Project & Client Managers.
- Advising on candidate trends and market insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Taking ownership of the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Supporting HR and culture activities.
- Learning from an experienced team and contributing to Avomind’s growth.
