Within our Cognitive Software Engineering organization, you could contribute to projects in:

🤖 AI, Machine Learning & Data Science
Explore data, experiment with ML techniques and contribute to integrating AI models into real software solutions.

💻 Software Development & GenAI

Build cloud-native rApps and supporting tools using Python, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, GenAI technologies, and modern web technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript and micro frontends)

⚙️ Automation & Developer Experience
Create automation, internal tools and GenAI-powered solutions that make software development smarter and more efficient.

☁️ Cloud & DevSecOps
Gain exposure to technologies such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development.

You won't just observe — you’ll contribute to real projects and learn alongside experienced engineers in a global R&D environment.

Who are we looking for?

Students in areas such as Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related technical fields

• We’re particularly interested in candidates with some exposure to Python, GenAI/agentic AI, and an interest in AI/ML, software development, data, automation, Cloud or DevOps
• Experience with technologies such as SQL/NoSQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Docker, Kubernetes, Git or APIs is a plus — but we don't expect you to know everything
• What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate. You should also feel comfortable working in English with colleagues from different countries.
