- Analyze business and regulatory needs and translate them into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Analyze ERP workflows, data flows, system interactions, and integrations to identify requirements, dependencies, gaps, and potential impacts.
- Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests. Document defects, validate fixes, and ensure solutions meet business and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain automated functional tests using Playwright or similar frameworks to improve test coverage, efficiency, and release quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, support release activities and troubleshooting, and maintain clear functional, technical, and testing documentation.
