Partnering closely with Sales, they work with customers to understand their priorities, shape innovative solution roadmaps, and demonstrate measurable business value. Success in this role means building trusted customer relationships, supporting the growth of a strong pipeline, shaping compelling solution strategies, and helping to win complex transformation opportunities.
This role is based in the Netherlands and supports customers across Europe, with wider collaboration as required. Travel across the region will be required. This is a hybrid role, combining customer-facing engagement, collaboration with regional teams, and office-based work. This Solution Engineer role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, including ERP/EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX.
