- Technical communication with project groups in ESS, plant, customer and supplier, delivery customer requirements to IPT team, delivert SW to customer
- Project tracking and report of technical project status, ESS system issue analysis
- Estimation of technical risks
- Delivery ESS system solutions to customer
- Knowledge of standard processes (V-model)
- Knowledge of AUTOMOTIVE SPICE
- Knowledge of system components process life cycle (PLC)
- System release owner, review & release of development results/parts
- Assistance for optimization of development processes used in CC Systems&Functions

Job Description
▪ Technical leadership of project team members (IPT team with discipline PMs - SW,ECU,TEST)

Development of Air Suspension Systems in the Competence Center Systems & Functions
internal: Project Management, System and SW developers (including test areas, vehicle dynamics, development areas in Sibiu and regions), Quality engineers
external: Customer (OEM), Supplier, Development partners
▪ Technical communication with project groups in ESS, plant, customer and supplier, delivery customer requirements to IPT team, delivert SW to customer
▪ Project tracking and report of technical project status, ESS system issue analysis
▪ Estimation of technical risks
▪ Delivery ESS system solutions to customer
▪ Knowledge of standard processes (V-model)
▪ Knowledge of AUTOMOTIVE SPICE
▪ Knowledge of system components process life cycle (PLC)
▪ System release owner, review & release of development results/parts
▪ Assistance for optimization of development processes used in CC Systems&Functions
