Principais Responsabilidades
- Organização de Demandas: Organizar, acompanhar e gerenciar o fluxo de entrada de solicitações de campanhas de CRM.
- Gestão e Ajuste de Briefings: Entender as necessidades do cliente, reavaliar solicitações e ajustar os briefings, garantindo que contenham todas as informações mínimas necessárias para a execução.
- Interface com o Time Técnico: Distribuir e direcionar as tarefas organizadas para a equipe de Analistas de DBM (Database Marketing).
- Suporte à Liderança: Prestar apoio diário à Coordenação de CRM e Dados na gestão de projetos, rotinas da área e acompanhamento de entregas.
- Garantia de Qualidade: Validar se os pedidos recebidos atendem aos requisitos antes de irem para a produção.
Requisitos e Qualificações
- Formação: Cursando Ensino Superior em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office: Domínio básico/intermediário das ferramentas do Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Perfil Atencioso e Paciente: Capacidade de escutar o cliente, analisar pedidos minuciosamente e lidar com revisões de briefing de forma calma e assertiva.
- Percepção e Pensamento Crítico: Boa capacidade de identificar falhas em informações e entender quais dados mínimos são essenciais para aprovar um pedido de campanha.
- Curiosidade e Proatividade: Vontade constante de aprender sobre processos, ferramentas e inteligência de dados.
Diferenciais (Não mandatório!)
- Conhecimento prévio ou noções básicas sobre CRM, DBM (Database Marketing) ou marketing de relacionamento.
