We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented intern to join our Lilly Türkiye team and work across Ethics & Compliance and Learning & Development — including how we use AI and digital tools to make both work better. What you will do

 

Ethics & Compliance

• Prepare E&C training content: slide decks, one-pagers, and short guides
• Draft internal E&C communications in Turkish and English
• Use AI tools such as Copilot to draft and summarize materials faster
• Coordinate E&C Champion meetings and initiatives: agendas, materials, notes, coordination and follow-ups
• Take ownership of your own E&C project and present it to the team at the end of your internship
• Privacy program support for DPA submission preparations
• Translation support for materials, policies and procedures 

Learning & Development

• Coordinate training assignments, learning plans and curricula in our learning system
• Track completion rates and follow up on overdue trainings
• Answer employee and manager questions on assignments, deadlines, and system access
• Coordinate learning requests with global support teams, ensuring effective and timely communication and follow-up
• Analyze learning data and build reports and dashboards
• Support onboarding and learning communications for new joiners

 

What we are looking for

• 3rd or 4th year university student
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Interest in employee development and learning technologies such as AI
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to run several tasks in parallel
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Available to work at least 3 days per week
