What you'll do

  • Lead regional IT support services across European locations, including incidents, service requests, escalations, and recurring technology issues.
  • Build strong relationships with business, operations, plant, and site leaders, acting as the regional IT liaison and escalation point.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business and operations leaders and manage budgets and external vendors.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required.

  • Experience working in a global enterprise IT environment with matrix reporting relationships.

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager, Europe to lead regional IT support services across our European locations. In this role, you will ensure reliable, responsive, and business-focused technology operations. The salary range for this position is 5800 EUR gross – 6800 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
