Role summary: Plan and deliver events and event programs end-to-end, leading complex projects with cross-functional partners and vendors, while managing timelines, budgets, and service quality expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead event planning and delivery for complex projects/programs; assign, monitor, and review work across a cross-functional team.
• Set priorities, goals, and operational plans for the event workstream(s); determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Manage and maintain budget (may include signature authority depending on level).
• Coordinate and monitor work performed by external vendors/contractors (as applicable).
• Drive improvements to services/processes/standards for event delivery when needed.

Qualifications (common):

• University degree or relevant certification, plus extensive experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence outcomes through planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.

Expected compensation for this position:

88,271.00 – 113,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
