What you'll do
- Provide technical support during events at MSE facilities inclusive of nights (2nd shift), weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain the technical integrity of computer systems, network devices, and broadcast/arena A/V systems.
- Document all issues, problem solving steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Test, maintain, and fabricate cables, adapters, and small part modifications as needed.
- Image and install operating systems and service packs, as well as security patches and bug fixes.
- Build, update, and develop Standard Operating Procedure guides used for training, IT operations, and work-flow management purposes.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview:
The Event Support Technician will work to support and address technology equipment and tasks, including but not limited to, repair, operation, maintenance of broadcast and engineering infrastructure which supports all aspects of a live television environment in a sports arena and support Tier 1 Help Desk responsibilities.

Pay Range: $65-75k USD.
