  • Inputting data into Salesforce for invoicing purposes and sales tracking (mainly for MiP)
  • Creating new client accounts on Salesforce
  • Ad-hoc event operations support across Arc Financial (incl. writing and proof reading of moderator scripts for award events, support with printed, digital and video collateral for conference, supplier research etc)
  • Support with annual audit
  • Managing of invoice queries by the team with our external accounts company
  • First contact person for external accounts company for any queries
  • Ownership of travel system across all teams
  • Travel and hotel bookings for various teams across Arc Financial
  • Reconciling credit card statements from various team members and ensure all required information is being submitted correctly
  • Coding and submitting of invoices where required
  • Proof reading documents to include print collateral for events, websites, event emails and web apps
  • Support with putting together and reviewing client contracts

Overview of the role

Arc Financial is seeking a highly organised professional individual to handle not only administrative processes for both Marketing in Partnership and Incisive Media but also supporting the event operations teams with tasks relating to the running of their conferences and awards throughout the year. Duties will include inputting accurate data into Salesforce for invoicing and sales tracking purposes and supporting the teams with enquiries from and to our accounting company to streamline the processes. It also includes ad-hoc support to the event operation teams during busy periods including supplier research, writing and proof-reading of moderator scripts for awards evenings and helping with small print, digital and video collateral for conferences.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

This role will report to the Senior Director, Head of Event Operations at Arc Financial and will have responsibility for some of the administrative tasks for both Marketing in Partnership and Incisive Media.

Key responsibilities are:


  • Inputting data into Salesforce for invoicing purposes and sales tracking (mainly for MiP)
  • Creating new client accounts on Salesforce
  • Ad-hoc event operations support across Arc Financial (incl. writing and proof reading of moderator scripts for award events, support with printed, digital and video collateral for conference, supplier research etc)
  • Support with annual audit
  • Managing of invoice queries by the team with our external accounts company
  • First contact person for external accounts company for any queries
  • Ownership of travel system across all teams
  • Travel and hotel bookings for various teams across Arc Financial
