What you'll do
- Plans and delivers luxury social events from initial consultation through execution and post-event follow-up, including proposals, contracts, timelines, floor plans, and Banquet Event Orders.
- Handles the client experience by acting as the main point of contact, personalizing events, accommodating cultural and dietary needs, and handling special requests or service recovery professionally.
- Coordinates with hotel departments and external suppliers to execute menus, décor, entertainment, accommodation, transportation, technical requirements, setup, service, and breakdown.
- Drives revenue and ensure compliance by maximizing upselling opportunities, monitoring budgets and billing, maintaining brand and safety standards, and developing repeat and referral business.

- Strong leadership skills to motivate, train and supervise a team of employees.
- Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
