About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised, creative and fast paced Events Marketing Manager to build and run an events and field programme that drives pipeline and strengthens relationships with key target accounts.
You'll own the strategy and execution of all events including large tradeshows, intimate executive dinners and customer-led webinars.

What you’ll do
Build a global events programme from scratch, with a focus on both strategy and execution
Plan and execute a range of event formats including trade shows, executive dinners, hosted events and webinars
Ensure events run smoothly end-to-end, including proactive pre-event outreach, flawless event days and commercially-driven post-event follow-up
Track and report on pipeline, ROI and lead conversion metrics
Use events performance data to inform investment decisions and continuously improve the events programme
Build engaging and memorable experiences that position Beam as a leader in our target verticals
Own swag so our team and partners are always looking sharp
Support with copy, social media email campaigns, and other creative content surrounding the events programme
Who you are
3+ years of field or event marketing at a B2B tech company
Highly organised - you can run multiple programmes simultaneously, without dropping the ball
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where things aren't always figured out yet
Willingness to travel in EMEA and US for events
