Senior Manager, B2B Beyond Core
About this role
JOB PURPOSE
Work with the VP and the C&O leadership by helping shape and execute a strategic, commercial view on the European B2B market - especially focusing on growing revenues from near-core and ICT/cloud products and services. You'll work closely with different teams to build a practical plan for capturing growth opportunities in B2B, whether that's by building new capabilities, partnering with key players, or identifying promising market trends.
You will proactively lead priority projects for Commercial & Operations, operating autonomously within a small, high-impact team, and negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to deliver results.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product & Market Support: Play an active role in identifying and developing new products and services that can drive revenue in the B2B/SME segment. Work with both OpCo teams and central functions to help implement successful product strategies and replicate winning formulas across markets.
Partnership Coordination: Act as a key point of contact in managing our main B2B partnerships, including relationships with major hyperscalers (e.g. Google, Amazon, Microsoft) and system integrators. Help establish a structured approach to ensure smooth and consistent collaboration with partners.
Capability Development: Contribute to defining and building the necessary capabilities within the OpCos, such as sales, IT/platforms, and more. Support initiatives that enhance these skills - whether through training, partnerships, or other development programs.
M&A Support: Work with VP in coordinating various stakeholders involved in M&A activities, at times taking the lead and ensuring that potential inorganic growth opportunities are thoroughly explored and executed with proper oversight.
Knowledge Sharing: Help organize regular sessions with industry peers and keep a pulse on commercial, operational, and tech trends to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
Reporting & Insights: Support the preparation of commercial and operations updates for internal meetings (like operating reviews and strategy sessions), providing clear insights that inform decision-making.
