Job Description

Role 

As we expand our team we’re looking for a competent Accounts Executive to join our team and work on day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring compliance of the company with all tax regulations. 

Responsibilities would include 

• Keeping accurate records of all the daily transactions and processing invoices. 

• Manage the expenses and compliances associated with content production projects 

• Prepare statement of accounts for all projects showing income and expenditure for the producer or production companies we are associated with. 

• Recording company transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. 

• Updating internal systems with financial data. 

• Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. 

• Reconciling bank statements and participating in financial audits. 

• Effectively tracking all the bank deposits and payments. 

• Assisting in budget preparation. 

• Your duties will include travelling to the production floor at times, to ensure all processes are followed and ensure agreed quality standards are met by the vendors.

Qualifications

Must have skills 

• 1-3 years of industrial experience with solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.

• Knowledge of GST & TDS returns

• A knowledge of financial regulations with excellent analytical and numerical skills would be preferred. 

• Experience in using financial software and knowledge of MS Excel is a mandate.
