Sava Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive to join our Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) within the Research & Development (R&D) department. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the development and validation of analytical methods for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the advancement of innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for drug substances and products using advanced techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and dissolution testing.
· Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to support R&D projects.
· Prepare and review technical documents, including method development reports, validation protocols, and SOPs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of analytical data and support product development timelines.
· Troubleshoot and resolve analytical challenges, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
· Maintain compliance with cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements.
· Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in analytical technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in analytical development within the pharmaceutical industry.
· Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, regulatory guidelines, and quality systems.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
