  • Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars, ensuring optimal prioritization of meetings, business commitments, and strategic engagements.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve competing priorities while maximizing leader effectiveness.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are compliant with company policies and budget guidelines.

  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, off-sites, customer engagements, and team events.
  • Manage meeting logistics, agenda coordination, room bookings, catering, and hospitality requirements.
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.

What You'll Do

Executive & Calendar Management

  • Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars, ensuring optimal prioritization of meetings, business commitments, and strategic engagements.
