We are currently partnering with an executive non-departmental public body, who are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Chair and Senior Manager on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in Canary Wharf, with hybrid working (circa two days per week in the office) and a salary of £39,237 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive executive or PA support experience, excellent organisational and diary management skills, and experience working with senior stakeholders. You will be proactive, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities, while using initiative and discretion to anticipate the needs of senior leaders.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
