What you'll do

  • Performs complex secretarial and administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; creating/preparing general to complex correspondence and spreadsheets, preparing varied and complex reports, creating/designing general to complex PowerPoint presentations and presentation materials, scheduling and maintaining complex schedules in Outlook calendar, and overseeing and coordinating internal and external events.
  • Performs advanced administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; coordinating travel and accommodations and coordinating/ scheduling meetings and conference calls.
  • Handles executive-level internal and external communications which includes; handling incoming phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to voice-mails, managing incoming e-mails by forwarding and responding to emails as appropriate, and creating and mailing letters and memos on behalf of Executive.
  • Acts as project manager on assigned projects and provides administrative assistance as needed on other special projects.
  • Performs department records management duties (electronic and paper), including organizing, retrieval, archiving and storage.
  • Oversees and performs office management duties.
  • Performs general administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; opening and distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing and file maintenance, and copying, faxing and scanning.

Compensation Range:

$57,300.00 - $81,870.00 Annual

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
