IMG are hiring an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and general support to the Football senior executives at IMG to support with facilitating a smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Your priority will be to provide key administrative and general support to the Senior Executive.  You may also be required to support the additional business leads as needed.
  • Duties will include diary management, meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangements, document management, processing expenses, meeting arrangements with relevant IT / AV support.

  • Efficient management of business travel.  Including suggesting the most efficient routes and creating itineraries effectively.
  • You will be required to implement administrative systems and processes to support the smooth running of the business.

  • Supporting the Senior Executive with multiple projects.

Working Conditions

  • This is a permanent position
  • This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
  • Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
