What you'll do

  • Oversee the schedules, priorities, and travel arrangements of C-level executives, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and review high-level strategic reports, board presentations, and executive communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between C-level executives and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, clients, and shareholders.
  • Manage executive office budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and execute organizational events, conferences, and strategic initiatives on behalf of C-level executives.
  • Represent C-level executives in meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Handle critical and confidential information with exceptional discretion and integrity.
  • Monitor compliance with corporate governance and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges affecting the executive office.
  • Drive innovation in executive office workflows, introducing efficiencies and best practices.
