Our client, a Multi-Specialty Medical Clinic, is a well-established, physician-led organization recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple service lines. As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking an accomplished Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership, partnering directly with physician ownership to guide the organization's continued growth and success.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated senior leadership experience within a complex, high-volume environment, together with strong financial acumen, operational rigour, and a proven record of executing strategic growth initiatives. This is a pivotal role, accountable for the organization's financial performance, operational leadership, and overarching direction of the Human Resources function.
