What you'll do
- Owns the enterprise vision, strategy, multiyear roadmap, and investment priorities for a portfolio of people reporting, analytics, insight, and agentic products that scale workforce intelligence across the enterprise.
- Translates enterprise, business, and HR priorities into reusable data and insight products spanning foundational reporting, diagnostic and advanced analytics, embedded decision support, and AI-enabled experiences.
- Establishes disciplined stakeholder discovery practices to understand decisions, workflows, pain points, and unmet needs, then converts validated problems into product requirements, prioritized backlogs, release plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Moves up and through the analytic value chain by first meeting descriptive needs, and then delivering diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive modeling enhancements.
- Leads product managers aligned to priority personas—including colleagues, people managers, executives, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence—and establishes clear charters, outcomes, decision rights, standards, and success measures.
- Defines the agentic product strategy for People Analytics, including conversational discovery, proactive insights, alerts, recommendations, workflow orchestration, and appropriate human oversight.
- Provides product leadership across the full lifecycle—from discovery and design through build, launch, adoption, measurement, iteration, and retirement—in partnership with Technology, Data Governance, People Science, Data Governance, and Analytics Partnership teams.
- Embeds privacy, security, role-based access, data quality, accessibility, ethical use, and responsible AI requirements into products from inception.
- Defines and tracks product and portfolio performance through adoption, user experience, decision effectiveness, operational efficiency, and measurable workforce and business outcomes.
- Advises executives and senior stakeholders on data-driven workforce decisions, represents the portfolio in governance and investment forums, and leads change and adoption efforts that enable responsible use of analytics and AI in the flow of work.

Position Summary

Education
Bachelor's Degree Required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$175,100.00 - $334,750.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
