What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including ageing, outstanding follow-ups, advances and settlements.
  • Perform Bank, Customer, Vendor and General Ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Verify and process vendor invoices, payments and supporting documents in accordance with internal processes.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial schedules and management reports to support business decision-making.
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual book closures, including schedules and documentation required for financial statement preparation.
  • Maintain and reconcile Fixed Asset and Inventory records.
  • Coordinate with Internal and Statutory Auditors and provide required information, schedules and supporting documents.
  • Analyse expenses and financial information across departments, business units and cost centres.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors and external consultants on finance-related matters.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned activities with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to join our Finance team and take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, statutory compliance, reporting and audit support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, hands-on ERP and Excel experience, and the ability to independently manage assigned activities with accuracy and accountability. This role offers an opportunity to work across multiple areas of Finance and contribute to the organisation’s financial discipline and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
