Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
• Maintain accurate inventory records for plants, pots, tools, fertilizers, and consumable materials.
• Track inward and outward stock movement on a daily basis.
• Ensure proper stock updating in ERP/software systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
System & Data Management
• Enter inventory data into internal software/ERP systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation related to stock and dispatch activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely report submission.
Coordination & Operations Support
• Coordinate with nursery, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams.
• Support vehicle dispatch planning and movement tracking.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries and stock availability.
• Assist in material allocation and operational planning activities.
Warehouse & Material Handling
• Ensure organized storage and tracking of inventory materials.
• Support physical inventory checks and warehouse maintenance activities.
• Maintain proper labeling and inventory categorization.
