  • Experience in positions requiring interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the necessity to develop working relationships and networks with internal and external staff

  • Bachelor's degree
  • TEN (10) years of prior experience working in a Front Office environment supporting day-to-day and long-term tasks and priorities
  • Project management certificate, or equivalent training
  • Experience with modernization efforts that cross functional teams
  • Highly effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of organization and the ability to follow up on taskings timely and accurately
  • Prior experience engaging with Senior level officials in the IC with professionalism
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with multiple differing staff officers and fellow contractors; i.e. strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust communication styles with various team members

What You Will Do:

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
